The base daily rate will include rental of the whole property.
Once you have found the property you would like to rent and it is available for your chosen dates, if the property owner accepts ‘instant bookings’ then you can click on ‘book now’ and this will show you an ‘Order Summary’ which will detail the total for the number of nights you have selected any extras, like linen and/or cleaning you will also see if there is a bond required for the property.
