Cancellations can be handled via ‘Cancellation Policy Management’ section which you can find under ‘Property Settings’ in your account these are your global settings for all your properties. If you wish to have cancellation settings specific to each property then you can add these in the ‘Pricing and Seasons’ section of your ‘Property Listings’.
