Adding ‘Check-in/ Check-out’ times to your listing on Search and Stay

February 20, 2025• Giselle Clarke

You’ll need to set the Check-in and Check-out times for your holiday rental. Check-in is the time of day that the guests can get access to your property on the first day of their booking. This may be the time they collect the keys, meet the owner or manager at the property or there may be another way they can gain access at the time of Check-in to your holiday home for example via a time-lock. Check-out is the time of day that you expect the guests to leave the holiday property on the day that they depart and return keys.

You can add these at property level under ‘Booking Details’ tab.

Or, if you have mulitiple properties, you can add these from your Dashboard under Global Property Settings.
