Adding 'Preparation Time Before Arrival' to your listing on Search and Stay

You can add the number of hours before arrival that you are willing to accept a booking.  I.e. how much time will you need to get the property ready if a booking is made on the day.

To close the availability to last minute bookings, use the PTBA section. The system will close the availability of the property x hours from 00:00 AM (local time of the property)
