How are guest payments protected?
Search and Stay is an OTA (Online Travel Agent) and all guest payments are taken via the platform which is PCI DSS compliant.
Owner payments are forwarded to your nominated account on the 1st day of booking or the guest cancels (this amount will be calculated using the cancellation policy you have selected).
