ompetitive set is a term that means to compare your property to similar properties to work out your rates etc. You can do this by searching booking platforms for properties in the same location with same/similar number of rooms and facilities, from this you can get an idea of what the going rate is for your property. You don’t want to price yourself too high or too low, both will impact your bookings and returns.
