How to change or reset Owner Account password*
If you've forgotten your password or need to change it, follow the steps below.
If You Forgot Your Password
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- You will be sent an email to your registered email account with a link to create a new password.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If You Know Your Password
To change your password, follow these steps:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click on the My Details icon on the left-hand side toolbar.
- Toggle 'Change Password' on.
- Enter your Previous Password, your New Password, and your New Password Confirmation.
- Click Save.
