How to change or reset Owner Account password*

If you've forgotten your password or need to change it, follow the steps below.

If You Forgot Your Password

1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
2. You will be sent an email to your registered email account with a link to create a new password.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

If You Know Your Password

To change your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Click on the My Details icon on the left-hand side toolbar.
3. Toggle 'Change Password' on.
4. Enter your Previous Password, your New Password, and your New Password Confirmation.
5. Click Save.
