How to increase your rates on Search and Stay

To increase your rates on your property go to ‘Property Listings’ and select the property you want to increase rates on.  You can increase the property  ‘Per Day Rate’ under ‘Pricing and Seasons’  or if you are only wanting to increase a seasonal rate, select the season you are wanting to change and click on the Advanced option Button to access the ‘Day Rate’ for the season.  Make your change and click ‘Save’.
