How to manage pending bookings in your guest account
You can sign in to your guest account at any time via Search and Stay. Go to the log-in in the header, choose Guest login and you can enter your details or log in via Facebook.
Once in your guest panel, you will see in the bar on the left 'Bookings'. Here you will find your 'Pending Approval’ bookings.
Most properties on Search and Stay will have ‘Instant Booking’, and guest bookings will be confirmed straight away for payment, some, however, will be available on request and you will send a ‘request to book’ the property which will be sent through to the owner or listing agents. There may be further questions or information requested regarding the booking which will appear in the messages in your account. When the booking is approved by the owner a message will be sent to you to confirm your booking and make payment in your Pending Approvals panel.
