How will I know if my booking is completed?

Once you have completed your booking online and your first instalment is paid, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and the details of your booking and the property. Your booking details are also available in your Search and Stay Account. You can access your account via our website  to view booking information, including:  

• The cancellation policy for your reservation
• The property’s address and details

Note: You will be sent an check-in email closer to time with any information required at check-in including any door codes/access information. If you haven’t received all the information you require or have other questions use your Search and Stay guest account to contact the owner.
