Providing your financial details for your Search and Stay account

When opening your owner account with Search and Stay, you will need to provide details of the financial institution and account into which you’d like your bookings to be paid. Here are the steps and details required:

  1. Bank Account Information:
    • Name of the financial institution
    • Account number
    • Routing number (or equivalent, depending on your country)

As an owner, there is no cost to list or take bookings on Search and Stay. However, there is a section that allows you to save credit card details. Credit card details are ONLY required if you opt for one of our premium services.

Premium Services

One such premium service is the Channel Manager, which lets you list your holiday properties on 60+ other holiday rental sites, booking platforms, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). If you choose to use this service, you will need to provide your credit card details.

Search and Stay International Payments

If you are located outside Australia, Search and Stay will require that you set up a Stripe Connect Account. This will allow seamless transfer of guest payments into your nominated account.

Security and Compliance

  • Encryption and Security: All credit card details are encrypted and saved in line with PCI compliance, ensuring your financial information is securely handled.
