How to manage your non refundable guest charges

No refundable guest charges cover 'Booking Fee' and 'Cancellation Fee' these can be set globally under the  'Property Settings' tab in your 'Account Details'.

You can also allocate specific fees for each property you own by going into your 'Property Listing' and selecting to 'Edit' the property then going into the 'Pricing and Seasons' tab where you can add a 'Bond' and 'Booking Fee' for this property. See example below.
