Static content
Static content (property descriptive content) refers to the type of data which changes infrequently and denotes property descriptive content. In Rentals United, it includes elements like property’s basic information, amenities, description, photos or payment methods. Note that some elements of pricing are also shared with Sales Channels as part of the static content.

ARI data
Availability, Rates and Inventory (ARI) data refers to the dynamic content and stands for property availability, as well as rate plans and inventory data. In Rentals United, the ARI data includes elements from Step 5: Price and availability and these are elements like number of available units, changeover days, minimum stay or prices.
