What is required to add a property to Search and Stay?

Adding a 'Single Property' listing to Search and Stay is simple it takes only a couple of minutes to add your single property to Search and Stay ready for bookings. When adding your single holiday property details to Search and Stay you will need to provide the following information:

• General details (property name, property reference)
• Short-term Rental Registration (if applicable) 
• Advanced booking period 
• Limited rental days per year 
• Number of guests 
• Instant booking or booking available on request 
• iCal credentials (if required to avoid double-booking with other booking sites) 
• Location (address and map reference) 
• Description 
• House Set-up and Amenities (property type, house set-up, room inclusions, amenities, Holiday type, Holiday guest or groups that property is suitable for) 
• Images 
• Pricing details 
• Check-in & Check-out time and details to be sent in an email to guests 
• Rates 
• Season 
• House Rules
