Adding a ‘Single Property’ listing to Search and Stay is simple and takes only a couple of minutes. It’s easy to upload your property with Search and Stay. If you’re listed on other platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or your website), you can let us know, and we’ll upload it for you. When adding your single holiday property details to Search and Stay, you will need to provide the following information:

Limited rental days per year
Number of guests
Instant booking or booking available on request.
Avoiding Double-Booking:
iCal credentials (if required to avoid double-booking with other booking sites)

Map reference
Description:
Provide a detailed description of the property.
House Set-up and Amenities:
Property type
House set-up
Room inclusions
Amenities
Holiday type
Holiday guests or groups that the property is suitable for.
Images:
Upload images of the property.
Pricing Details:
Provide pricing information.
Check-in & Check-out:
Details to be sent in an email to guests
Rates:
Provide the rates for the property.
Season:
Specify seasonal rates or availability.
House Rules:
List the house rules for guests.
