Instant booking process

Booking.com inserts reservations in Channel Manager using the data available in the channel. Booking.com does not perform the quote request to Channel Manager before the reservation is inserted.

  1. A guest enters the reservation page on the Booking.com website and provides the details of a reservation (dates, number of guests etc.).

  2. If the property is available to rent, the guest completes the reservation process on the Booking.com website by providing their personal data.

  3. Booking.com inserts a booking to Channel Manager.

  4. An email notification with new reservation details is sent to the PM’s confirmation email address.

Booking request process (N/A)

Booking request process is not possible on the Booking.com website.

Modifying a reservation

Modifications are initiated in Booking.com and synchronized to Channel Manager in real time.

Note: If a reservation is modified in Channel Manager, it will not be synchronized with Booking.com

Cancelling a reservation

Cancellations are initiated in Booking.com and synchronized to Channel Manager in real time. In case you need to cancel a reservation, please reach out to your Booking.com contact directly.

Note: If a reservation is cancelled in Channel Manager, it will not be synchronized with Booking.com
