Gerringong Golf Club is one of the Illawarra’s hidden gems overlooking the stunning Walkers Beach. Few other courses can match the beauty of Gerringong Golf Club, with Tasman Sea view on every hole. The course itself offers pure links-style golf with few trees but plenty of exposure to the elements.
An unbroken ribbon of exploration stretching approximately 20 kilometres, boasting ocean views, spectacular rock formations and unspoilt beaches the Gerringong to Kiama walk is well worth it for those who have the stamina (and motivation). The Kiama Coast Walk has three sections, made up of a series of shorter walks/cycling paths for those who would like to spend a part of the day relaxing back at their holiday accommodation.
Gerringong has great places to dine and drink. But it’s always good to start with a beverage so try Crooked River Wines, Roselea Vineyard is nearby, or if you prefer to blow the froth of a few, try Stoic Brewing. Grab a glass and get tasting.
