Downpayment on Channel Manager
Down payment is only applicable for channels where the property manager is the merchant of record.
We recommend a down payment of 100% since not all channels can work on customised down payment. If connecting to a channel that does support custom down payment, that can then be setup during the connection (for example VRBO).
