• Wheel chair friendly - A ramp in the courtyard allows access to the pool area. The main living area and master bedroom can be accessed via the elevator. 
• The Pool - the private 25-meter freshwater lap pool features a swim-up bar and is set along the beachfront side of the property. The pool can be heated in the winter months. The pool lights and waterfall feature can be controlled by guests. 
• The Poolside Pavilion - features a full outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, utensils and Bosch dishwasher. The poolside entertaining space includes a dining area with seating for ten guests. The pool patio is furnished with deckchairs for sunbathing.
