Set-Up to list your holiday property on SearchandStay.com
Listing your property on the Search and Stay holiday booking platform is simple and stress-free, even if you’ve never used any holiday property booking site. If you’ve listed an item for sale on an online marketplace then you won't find uploading your holiday house ready for bookings on Search and Stay hard at all. And like these other sales online marketplaces, it's free to list your holiday property on Search and Stay and we charge no commission or fees to holiday house owners. If you already list on holiday rental platforms like Stayz, Airbnb or Homeaway then you’ll find the steps to set-up on Search and Stay familiar and we have provided a simple step-by-step guide below that will help you get your property live and ready for bookings as soon as possible.
How to start your holiday rental listing on Search and Stay
1. Visit Search and Stay and click the ‘LIST YOUR PROPERTY’ button.
2. Enter your name and email address and click Apply.
3. Check your inbox. You will receive an email that asks you to set up your account.
4. You will then be welcomed to Search and Stay and asked to choose and confirm your password.
5. You can then complete your profile with first name, last name, email, address and phone number, then click SAVE.
6. You’ll be asked for FINANCIAL DETAILS. There is no cost to rent your property through Search and Stay so include the account that we pay your bookings into.
7. You’ll then need to complete the GLOBAL SETTINGS. The global settings will appear in your property listing and if you have more than one, this makes the uploading process much easier.
8. Once you have completed your Global Settings, find the PROPERTIES button at the top of the page (around the middle) and you can start listing your holiday accommodation on Search and Stay.
9. The PROPERTIES button lets you:
- review your listed properties
- add a new property
