How Do I Get Started?
Open an owner account on Search and Stay, via the "List Your Property" button on the site. Complete your details and property information to list your property on Search and Stay. Publish your listing to be ready to take bookings for your property. Contact us via our owner help chat and we will work with you to connect to the Channel Manager.
What does your pricing include?
It’s free to list (and publish) your property information on Search and Stay. Listing on Search and Stay includes tools like Booking Engine, Guest Management, Guest Communication, iCal sync and multi-calendar. The Search and Stay Channel Manager fee will then allow you to sync all your property information including bookings, calendars and rates and season, to your selected platforms.
Are the listing site's commissions included in your pricing?
No, they're not. Some listing sites add their commission on top of the prices you save. These channels want your net rates. Other channels will charge their commission based on the prices you save. With Search and Stay Channel Manager you have the choice to mark your rates up to cover any additional commission. We will provide you with all the detail of how each channel works when you connect.
